The applications submitted online to Alarko Carrier are collected in Alarko Holding’s “Job Application Pool”.

The applications are monitored and assessed by the Human Resources Departments of Alarko Carrier as well as other subsidiaries of Alarko Holding. The application should specify explicitly if it is submitted exclusively for Alarko Carrier.

Any department in need of a new staff member reports the requirements and personal qualifications expected from the candidates to Alarko Carrier Human Resources Department.

The Human Resources department reviews the records in the application pool. If the position cannot be filled out of the applications already in the pool, a job ad would be placed to publicize the position. The ads thus placed can be accessed in the “Job Ads”. Online applications are welcome.

The applicants who meet the requirements are called to check if their applications are still valid. If the candidate responds positively, the job application process would commence. The candidate whose application is accepted would then get invited to Alarko Carrier Human Resources Department for a preliminary interview. There, the candidates are given compliance form, personality inventory, and where necessary, general aptitude tests. If the preliminary interview is concluded successfully, the candidate will be invited to the second interview to be attended by an official of the relevant department as well.

If the second interview is also successful, the Personnel Department will initiate procedures required for the candidate to join Alarko Carrier family.
