After Sales Services
The authorized service trial period is 1 (one) year. At the end of one year, the service must accept the above-mentioned terms.
Obligations, services and relations of Authorized Services are detailed in the contract to be signed with ALARKO CARRIER.
Requirements to Become an Alarko Carrier Authorized Service

Quality
The service must have received the necessary TSE and all MYK documents. Service and technicians must comply with OHS requirements.

Collateral, Capital, Finance
The service must provide the mortgage and/or bank letter of guarantee determined by Alarko Carrier and be included in the direct borrowing system. The service should be able to make the desired turnovers every year.

Staff and Organization
Company owners; Graduates of Engineering Faculty (Machinery, Electricity), Vocational School (Machinery, Electricity, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration), Technical High School (Machinery, Electricity) are preferred. A trained, preferably female secretary should be employed for customer communication.

Workplace
It must have a minimum area of 70 m² on the ground floor of the building, on a street or one of the major streets, in accordance with Alarko Carrier standards and to represent the company.

Device and Equipment
The service workplace must have the devices and equipment specified by Alarko Carrier. Must use original spare parts during repairs and maintenance.

Shuttle
It must have at least 2 panel vans, minivans or small pickup trucks, depending on the work capacity.

Dress and Order
The service should wear the clothes specified by Alarko Carrier and give importance to cleanliness and order.
