Clarification Text On Sending Commercial Messages

In order to be informed about the events, demonstrations, campaigns, and promotions to be carried out by Alarko Carrier Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., you must allow our Company to send commercial electronic messages to you.

When you consent, you agree that Alarko Carrier Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. provides you with information about events and demonstrations, sends all kinds of communication messages for sales, marketing, and similar purposes, contacts you by calling, sending SMS and e-mail by processing your personal data that you have shared, and that the content of electronic messages and other records are recorded and stored to be submitted to the relevant Ministry when required.

This information shall only be shared with third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship in order to deliver your messages in a healthy manner and to deliver our
notifications in time by calling and sending SMS and/or e-mail.

You can opt-out of receiving electronic messages within the scope of these terms of use at any time without giving any reason. You can send this request free of charge to our Company by calling our call center or by sending it to the contact information in the message or the contact addresses in our Company's details.
