The Most Advanced Type of Smart Control and Controller Systems
Alarko Solar-Powered Submersible Pump Systems have ECM technology, brushless, permanent magnet rotor, built-in inverter, DC motors and pumps designed accordingly with the latest technology developed for water supply in areas far from electricity distribution networks, where the network is insufficient or extremely unstable.
Alarko Solar-Powered Submersible Pump Systems are intended to use for the purposes below:
• For the irrigation of agricultural lands and greenhouses
• For the supply of drinking water for breeding in livestock
• For water supply and storage purposes, in villages, schools, hospitals, military facilities, workshops and factories, pools and ponds
• For buildings, villas in terms of individual water supply and irrigation purposes
• For hotels, camping areas by means of water supply in tourism facilities
Materials with separate resistance grades than standard pumps are used in the design of the submersible pumps provided in Alarko Solar-Powered Submersible Pump Systems. The bearings used in the pump are specially designed to have a long life, available at 3600-4000 rpm. The motors used in Alarko Solar-Powered Submersible Pump Systems are brushless permanent magnet DC motors with high efficiency and energy saving ECM technology and built-in inverter.
The input power of the motors is maximum 2200 W and they operate at variable speed in the range of 500-3600 rpm, based on the input power and load over them. The built-in frequency inverter provides the motor to start and stop safely under variable load.
With its permanent magnet rotor, it is more efficient and has an extremely long service life with lower start torque and lower heat generation. Also, with PTCs built into the motor, when the motor temperature rises to +85 oC, the motor stops by reducing the speed and automatically continues to operate by increasing the speed when the temperature drops to +75 oC.
The control unit of Alarko Solar-Powered Submersible Pump Systems is the SDP001 controller system. The highly developed control system, that has the most advanced technology in its range, can be considered as the control unit of the system that ensures maximum efficiency and safety of the pump and motor. Along with this system, Alarko Solar-Powered Submersible Pumps can operate simultaneously with Solar panels (DC), Wind Turbines (DC), Electricity Mains (AC) and Generator (AC).
According to the figure, first solar energy panels are connected to the SDP001 control box, and the selected alternative energy source (Wind, Mains, Generator, etc.) is connected to Port 2. Submersible pump energy cable is connected to Port 3. As a result, the system is ready to operate by connecting the cable carrying the warehouse control system signal, if required, to Port 4. Then, the motor has the capacity to operate both DC and AC.
The remarkable feature that distinguishes the Alarko Solar-Powered Submersible Pump Controller system from others is the partial artificial intelligence.
When the system is operating and the power source is in the auto select mode, the controller that communicates with the built-in microprocessors inside the motor simultaneously monitors the magnitude of the electricity produced by the solar energy panels and the value of the alternative energy source connected to port 3.
